RizzitGO costs, storage and parcel decisions

Plan the whole purchase before paying for the first item. Public terms and estimator observations below were checked on 17 October 2026; they are dated examples, not a personal checkout quote.

What the first price leaves out

Your budget can include the goods, seller-to-warehouse delivery, payment handling, currency conversion, optional warehouse services, international freight, optional insurance and destination import charges. A product card normally cannot show the final parcel cost because the route, packed weight and dimensions have not been selected yet.

For example, the public payment list returned 4% plus CNY 7 for card, Apple Pay and Google Pay: a CNY 100 payment becomes CNY 111 under that sample calculation. Listed local methods returned 5% plus CNY 7; wallet payment returned zero handling. Funding a wallet can still incur a charge. Availability and the payable total must be confirmed in your account.

The public responses showed a zero platform-service field; they do not establish a universal zero purchasing fee. Ask support about any unlabelled charge before payment.

RizzitGO uses its own conversion rate. The 17 October sample was USD 0.1684 per CNY; it is a historical rate, not the mid-market rate or a quote for today. Compare the final currency total, not just a percentage fee.

Choose a shipping route using the actual parcel

  1. Check acceptance first. Enter your destination and goods type in the official freight calculator. A route name or country flag alone does not prove your contents are accepted.
  2. Use weight and dimensions. Some lines use actual weight; others can charge dimensional weight. A bulky puffer may cost more to ship than its scale weight suggests. Read the route’s formula and increment, then ask about rehearsal or packing when the estimate is uncertain.
  3. Compare the total and terms. Include operation charges, optional services and insurance. Compare transit estimates, tracking, size limits and compensation scope together.
  4. Check coupon assumptions. The public estimator’s large figure included a route discount and an automatically attached coupon in the 17 October sample. A struck-through amount is not a promise of the saving available in your account.

For a US example at 1 kg and 30 × 20 × 10 cm, BM-EUB showed CNY 137.51 after the displayed coupon, versus CNY 183.34 before that coupon and CNY 282.06 before the route discount. These are stages of one dated estimate, not three comparable current quotes.

Customs charges and required documents depend on the destination and shipment. A tax-related route label is not blanket legal clearance. Use accurate descriptions and values, check prohibited goods and cooperate with the carrier or customs request.

Choose the service for the whole basket

Combining orders is useful only when their contents, deadlines and packing needs work together. A thick knit and a light T-shirt may share a parcel, but adding a bulky jacket can change volumetric billing. Check both the estimated charge and what happens after final weighing. A shipping deposit should not be mistaken for an immutable total.

Before shipping, resolve any return request, check the address and eligible route, and retain the QC record. After delivery, keep the packaging and document any mismatch promptly through the relevant support process. Using a shopping agent gives you a buying intermediary and warehouse stage; it does not remove the seller’s conditions or guarantee every carrier outcome.

Storage time is different from return time

The official buying guide offers 60 days of ordinary free warehouse storage and says to buy an extension in Warehouse near expiry. Extension prices and the outcome after ordinary storage expires were not publicly specified. Check the account’s own expiry date; do not assume an extension is automatic.

The forwarding agreement has a separate rule for abnormal incoming parcels with missing or wrong tracking details: 30 days, then destruction. Correct the tracking information promptly if you are forwarding a parcel yourself. That is not the ordinary 60-day shopping-agent allowance.

The return policy describes an eligible request within 120 hours from the next full hour after Stocked in, subject to seller agreement. Other wording on the same page uses different starting events. Ask support which timestamp applies to your order and act as soon as a problem appears. Storage availability does not reopen a return.

Read return exclusions and what to inspect in QC. Removing tags or discarding packaging can affect eligibility; do not buy those extras until you are satisfied.

Insurance is a paid choice with conditions

“Insurance Available” does not mean free insurance. The public notice described 5% of goods plus shipping; two Chile route responses used a 4% ratio. An estimated insurance fee of zero does not establish the checkout price. Read the terms for the route you actually select.

Coverage, evidence, exclusions and compensation limits matter more than the label. The notice describes loss, damage and customs incidents, asks for a complete unboxing video for missing goods and excludes recipient failures such as not cooperating with customs. Compensation is described as non-withdrawable. Its deduction wording is internally inconsistent, so ask for written clarification before relying on a payout amount.

There is no single claim clock across all public pages. Some route terms refer to days after delivery or the last tracking update, while other documents use different events. Report the issue promptly with parcel number, tracking, photos and the route’s terms; do not wait for a general deadline from another line.

Pick the seller, agent and guide separately

Seller and product

Look for the selected variant’s measurements, material line, return eligibility and recent item-specific feedback. Compare photos with the description. A rating or low price does not verify fiber content or authenticity. If the seller will not answer an essential question, choose another listing before committing.

Agent and Spreadsheet

A trustworthy comparison names the legal operator and support route, dates its policy evidence and states checkout uncertainties. Other agents may offer different buying support, fees or delivery lines; compare a similar basket and destination. Prefer a Spreadsheet that exposes real listings and distinguishes facts from its own notes, rather than declaring every find verified.

QC means quality-control photos or inspection. GL (“green light”) and RL (“red light”) are informal buyer reactions; neither is a RizzitGO approval or return button. Make any requested action through the account’s official order or parcel controls.

Promotions, community reports and getting help

The public estimator showed route-discount and coupon tags on 17 October. A separate new-user offer advertised 8% off a first paid product order with exclusions and eligibility conditions. Check the current account terms, thresholds and expiry before planning a purchase around either; a displayed promotion is not an entitlement.

Community reports can help identify questions about a route. Look for the country, dispatch date, route, parcel weight and whether the post describes a completed delivery. An invitation to the official community is not an independent review score. This site has not verified a personal order or a general reliability ranking.

For account issues use RizzitGO’s order enquiry, parcel details, official chat or [email protected]. Public chat service hours were 09:00–18:00 UTC+8. Give the order/parcel number and the exact requested action; do not post account credentials in community chats.

See editorial sources, FAQ and update dates. Official starting points: buying guide and route estimator. Account-specific prices and terms take precedence over these dated examples.
