The RizzitGO warehouse check and the fabric it leaves to you

RizzitGO’s buying guide describes checks and photos after warehouse arrival. This page sets out what that check covers in RizzitGO’s own words, what it leaves out, and the two services that sit around it.

The check as RizzitGO words it

RizzitGO’s Parcel Forwarding Inspection Rules and Service Agreement, last updated on 25 August 2025, describe the warehouse check in one sentence and then list its limits. The screenshot below is the passage as rendered on 17 October 2026.

The positive part reads: “RizzitGO will check for the quantity, color and size of the goods.” After the check, the packaging boxes come off and the items are repacked in RizzitGO’s own resealable bags, except fragile or oversized goods. The cautions then say that “color difference, wrong size, the effect of use, etc. does not belong to the scope of inspection.”

Those two sentences sit close together and pull against each other on size: one says size is checked, the next says a wrong size is outside the scope. We quote both and leave the reading to RizzitGO; if size matters on your order, ask its staff how they apply it.

Fiber appears nowhere in the passage. RizzitGO’s disclaimers add that the inspector looks at appearance and accessories, cannot test quality, and does not judge authenticity; RizzitGO says it does not authenticate the products it buys. A visual inspection cannot certify composition, gsm, fill weight or hand feel. The listing is a seller claim; a label photo can clarify that claim without independently testing the fabric.

Keep the published forwarding scope separate from purchased-goods QC. Ask which checks apply to your order rather than assuming every service includes the same inspection.

Warehouse photos, customized photography and order enquiry

RizzitGO’s How It Works page says that once an item reaches the warehouse, a series of checks is carried out and photos are taken for you to view. Its About page calls the QC images unlimited; that is RizzitGO’s own wording, and no page gives a number per item.

Beyond the standard photos, RizzitGO sells value-added services at the warehouse, and customized photography is the first it names, alongside removing shoe boxes and removing tags. It does not publish prices for any of them, and they are ordered from the warehouse section of your account. Before purchase, the route is different: during buying, its page says you can click “order enquiry” to contact its shopping agents with further details. Use that channel during purchasing. If a missing figure determines whether you want the item at all, contact support before authorizing the purchase.

At checkout, RizzitGO’s page notes that you select color, size and quantity yourself. Confirm that the composition information belongs to that selected variant.

In practice the useful moment for a fabric question is before the seller ships. Once the item is in the warehouse, what you can still buy is more photos, not a different cloth.

Products bought on 1688 and their separate standard

RizzitGO’s How It Works page carries a short note under the warehouse step: “Products purchased from 1688 has a different set of quality control standard.” It does not say what the other standard is.

1688 is Alibaba’s wholesale marketplace, and RizzitGO’s search defaults to it. Listings there are often written for shop owners buying in quantity: the photos may be factory shots, the parameter list can be long and technical, and the same offer may cover several fabric options. The attribute fields, 主面料成分 and its percentage, 面料名称 and 克重, are often more complete than on a retail listing, which helps a fiber reading. What a buyer of one piece cannot assume is that the warehouse will handle that piece the way it handles a Taobao order.

If a 1688 item matters to you, ask through order enquiry how the different standard applies before buying, and keep the attribute list from the offer page for your own reference.

The return window as it touches clothing

One published RizzitGO return provision is counted in warehouse hours: a return or exchange request can be made within 120 hours starting from the next full hour after an order shows as Stocked in, and the seller has to agree. After that period, the policy says a seller may refuse where QC images were provided. Other wording on the same policy page uses different start events; ask support for the applicable timestamp and do not wait to raise a problem.

For clothing this has one practical consequence. Fiber problems, a tee that is thinner than expected, a sweater that pills, a puffer that feels flat, show up in wear, long after the warehouse hours have run. The window suits problems you can see in photos, such as a wrong color, a stain or a missing piece.

Two lines in the return table matter on this site’s shelves: pieces you asked the warehouse to strip of tags, packaging or accessories drop out of the five-day guarantee, and so do undergarments, listed as underwear, socks and leggings.

Choosing RizzitGO for clothing orders

Start with what every buying agent shares: it buys the listing you chose, from the seller you chose. A buying intermediary does not make the seller’s fabric claim true. These public RizzitGO services do not establish a laboratory fiber-testing service.

What RizzitGO specifically puts in writing is narrow and useful to know: arrival checks and photos; forwarding terms with their own limits; photos it describes as unlimited; paid customized photography; an order enquiry route during buying; and a separate standard for 1688 purchases. Other agents publish their own inspection rules, and comparing what each says it checks is the fair way of choosing an agent for clothing, rather than comparing promises.

There are cases where a different route makes more sense. If a particular material is essential, ask for reliable product evidence before committing; a label photograph alone is not a composition test. And if a listing gives no composition and the seller will not answer through order enquiry, that silence is information too.
